Real estate law encompasses many issues, including purchase and sale of real property, construction law, litigation, and contracts. John E. Carter is uniquely qualified to deal with many complex real estate issues because of his past experience in the real estate field.

Mr. Carter owns a title company called All American Title that is located in the firm’s office building. Please visit the company’s website for excellent information and resources regarding the purchase and sale of a home, including settlement and closing services and title insurance.

We work with buyers and sellers that have realtors and also individuals that sell their own property (for sale by owner).

In addition to owning All American Title, Mr. Carter owns a construction company and holds a class A construction license from the Commonwealth of Virginia. A class A license is the highest license available to construction companies, and allows Mr. Carter and his company to construct buildings of any size at any location in Virginia. He does real estate development projects, and even has a title insurance underwriter’s license.

At John E. Carter, P.C., my real estate practice includes all areas related to the field. I advise clients regarding residential real estate closings, real estate litigation, contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate, development plans, title opinions, deeds, real estate brokers, lenders, construction companies, mechanics lien law and commercial real estate closings. I am an experienced, knowledgeable attorney that provides the best in real estate representation. Please feel free to call, e-mail, or fill out the Contact JCPC form on this website if you have any questions regarding a real estate closing, title, deed, or other real estate issue.
